1. Our Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
This means:
- ✅ You have 30 days to try Pulse with all features
- ✅ No questions asked - if it's not right for you, we'll refund
- ✅ Full refund of the purchase price
- ✅ Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
2. Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- ✅ Purchases made within the last 30 days
- ✅ Any reason (including "changed my mind")
- ✅ Technical issues we cannot resolve
- ✅ Product doesn't meet expectations
- ✅ Compatibility problems
Refunds may be denied for:

3. How to Request a Refund

- Confirmation: We'll process your refund and send confirmation within 24-48 hours
Response Time: We typically respond to refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
4. Refund Process
Timeline:
- Request Received: Within 24-48 hours, we'll confirm receipt
- Processing: 1-2 business days
- Refund Issued: 3-5 business days to return to your account
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days (depends on your bank)
Total Time: Most refunds are completed within 5-10 business days from request to money in your account.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

- 💰 PayPal → Refund to PayPal account

5. What Happens to Your License
Upon refund:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- All hardware activations will be removed
- You can continue using the Trial version (with watermark)
- Your data and presets are not affected
⚠️ Important: Once a refund is processed, the license key cannot be reactivated. If you want to purchase again later, you'll need to buy a new license.

7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Duplicate Purchases
Accidentally bought twice? Contact us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate purchase.
7.2 Wrong Product
Bought Enterprise but meant Pro? We'll refund the difference or swap licenses.
7.3 Beyond 30 Days
While our official policy is 30 days, we're reasonable people. If you have exceptional circumstances, contact us and we'll work something out.
7.4 System Requirements
If Pulse doesn't work due to system incompatibility and you can't resolve it, we'll process a refund even if minimal effort was made - we want happy customers, not frustrated ones.
8. Chargebacks
Please don't file a chargeback without contacting us first!
Chargebacks hurt small businesses and incur fees. We promise:

Consequences of Chargebacks:
- Your license will be immediately revoked
- You may be blocked from future purchases

9. No Partial Refunds
We don't offer partial refunds for:
- Used vs. unused time (all licenses are lifetime)
- Feature differences between Pro and Enterprise
- Number of activations used
It's either a full refund or no refund - we keep it simple.
10. Subscription vs. One-Time Purchase
Pulse is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- You pay once, own forever
- No recurring charges
- No "subscription refunds" - just one purchase refund
11. International Customers
Our refund policy applies worldwide:

12. Gifts and Team Licenses
Gifts: If someone bought Pulse as a gift for you, they must request the refund.
